Water Rescue - Delaware Bay

On 8-07-2012 Bowers Fire Company was alerted for a water rescue 2 miles east of Bowers. 40-Marine-1, along with South Bowers Station 57 and Little Creek Station 54 responded. 40-Marine-1 went on scene with the vessel which had 3 POB’s. They reported no injuries just a mechanical problem with their motor. 40-Marine -1 took the vessel in tow back to Bowers. Thanks to our neighboring departments for the assist on this rescue.
