Quint 40 attends KCCS Car Show - Dover High School
Thursday, July 22, 2010
Diana Farrell will be retiring from her teaching position at KCCS after the summer session. She decided to go out with a BANG and make sure her kids would have a great time. She decided to have their very own Car Show at the High School. Since one of her students, Brandon Haggerty, is a member of our company she asked if Bowers Fire Company would like to participate in the show. Quint 40 arrived at the show with Brandon's hero, Deputy Chief Willie Trowbridge in the driver's seat and Fire Recorder, Frank Seibert, came along to help as well. There were cars, food, and of course fun. Brandon's classmates and teachers loved the Quint and were excited to have a firetruck at their show. A special thanks to Miss Diana and all the staff for taking such great care of our kids. And many thanks to Willie and Frank for making this a day that the kids will remember for a long time.
